Through participation in this session the presenter will share experiences using WRAP and the five key concepts to provide peer support for a mental health warm line.

Learning Objectives:
1. Describe the application of the 5 key concepts to provide peer support on a warm line
2. Illustrate examples from one's wellness action plans to connect and support people
3. Identify action plans for triggers that may occur while working on a warm line.  
4. Understand the difference and connections between a crisis line and warm line
