Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
A large number of people have yearned to write about their lived experience of trauma and recovery in a form that would entertain yet educate others, But they didn't know where to start! You can start with Hope. This can be followed by the other Key Recovery Concepts, the Wellness Toolbox then proceed to What I'm Like When I'm Well and go all the way on to your Post-Crisis Plan. But how to put that in prose or poetic form? This workshop presents suggestions in how to do just that, followed by a writing session which is in turn followed by workshop attendees sharing what they'd written in the session, with strengths-based feedback.

Learning Objectives:
1. Actualizing the WRAP Value that "There is unconditional acceptance of all creative work and expressions that are created or brought to each WRAP session."
2. Learning how simple it can be to lift the details one has entered into ones WRAP and put them into literary art form.
3. The learning opportunity of sharing ones work to a group and receiving strengths-based feedback from people familiar with WRAP.
