The presentation will focus on how the Wellness and Recovery Action Plan is a valuable wellness tool in achieving better health for individuals who struggles with weight lost or have lost considerable weight as a result of having the Bariatric Surgery. The facilitator will share his experience and struggles, and provide credence on how his Wellness and Recovery Action Plan continues to be pivotal to his mindset and lifestyle change in his recovery and journey to better health and wellness.

Learning Objectives:
1. Demonstrate how the key concepts of recovery is valuable in being able to achieve lifestyle change for individuals who struggles with weight loss and goes through Bariatric Surgery;
2. Identify wellness tools that promotes and motivates wellness as it relates to weight loss and have the Bariatric surgery;
3. Share strategies that helped in developing a Wellness and Recovery Action Plan that could be helpful in the process of weight loss, recovery from Bariatric Surgery and continue to maintain good health.
