This experiential workshop is designed for participants to examine healthy boundaries through the lens of healthy relationships. We will use the evolution of mutually supportive relationships in your life that go from stranger to peer as a strengths based opportunity to help us understand healthy boundaries and how they can develop in the peer workforce. This is an experiential component of the Wellness Engagement Training.

Learning Objectives:
1. Experience supportive relationship based on the foundations of recovery.
2. Examine healthy boundaries through the lens of healthy relationships.
3. Explore the benefits of healthy relationships where burnout does not exist.
